Am I signed up for paperless billing?
Login to the portal and select My Profile in the upper right corner. This will open your Profile Management page. Towards the bottom of the page you will see DELIVERY METHOD: and a couple of checkboxes. You are signed up for paperless billing if Send Email is the ONLY checkbox selected.
How do I sign up for SMS Texts?
Login to the portal and select My Profile in the upper right corner. This will open your Profile Management page. About halfway down the page you will see ALLOW TEXT MESSAGE: and a checkbox. Select the checkbox and enter your MOBILE PHONE# in the field provided. This will sign you up for SMS Texts when your statement is available on the portal.
